Don’t see the Wordzen icon? Here’s why
If you have installed Wordzen as an add-on to your Gmail account, but you don’t see the Wordzen icon on your screen, you may not be looking in the right place.
The Wordzen icon, which is a modified @ symbol in blue, looks like this:
Viewing the icon on your desktop
When you’re reading an email from someone, the Wordzen icon appears in the right sidebar of your screen. You can click it to open Wordzen options, including the microphone that will allow you to record your response. (Our editors will turn your recording into an email.)
If you don’t see the icon, then open an email from someone, and it should appear. However, the icon won’t appear when you’re composing an email or when you’re looking at a list of emails.
The Wordzen icon shows up when you have an opened email from someone so that you can click it to respond.
Viewing the icon on your mobile device
When you’re reading an email from someone, the icon appears at the bottom of their message so that you can click it to respond.
The Wordzen icon does not appear when you are composing an email or when you view a list of emails.
