Keeping Things Merry and Bright on a Holiday Vacation

‘Twas the night before Christmas, when all through the house
Not a creature was stirring, not even a mouse;
The stockings were hung by the chimney with care,
In hopes that St. Nicholas soon would be there;
The children were nestled all snug in their beds;
While visions of sugar-plums danced in their heads;

And Mama with her iPhone and I with my laptop
Had just settled in for a long session of catching up on email …

… Wait, that can’t be right.

Vacation

If you’re taking some vacation time at the end of the year or if you’re traveling for the holidays, chances are that you’ll bring the office with you … and maybe feel a little guilty about it.

With technology, almost everyone is accessible everywhere at any hour. So, what was once a time of separation from responsibilities – however briefly – is now a time of sneaking off to hide in the spare room for a couple of hours each day to catch up on work.

During this season, Wordzen’s editors are like Santa’s elves – unseen, but magical. Although Wordzen is closed on Christmas Day, we’re open the rest of the holiday season to take in your rough emails and polish them to perfection for you. After all, why should you spend that extra time making your business missives sound just right when instead you could be in the kitchen with your family making a second round of peppermint hot chocolate?

While you’re sipping that, Wordzen’s jolly editors will be in our holiday workshop putting the finishing touches on every sentence of your emails. We’ll check everything twice so that you can spend more time with your loved ones (both naughty and nice) during your holiday vacation.

Happy holidays, one and all!

We wish all of you the warmest of seasons and hope you’ll have the chance to spend your year-end vacation time focused on the spirit of the holidays with those you cherish.
